It all started with an upmarket fish & chips restaurant back in 1985 by the late Mr Martinez.
For the past 20 years Le Monde has been run and managed by a different organisation not associated with the family. The previous tenants handed back the keys early January 2019 giving us the opportunity to relaunch Le Monde.
Our locally sourced ingredients are second to none, while our extensive wine and beer range are sure to impress.
All meat and fish is prepared from scratch at the restaurant using traditional skills.
An extensive vintage wine cellar with more than 800 wines, curated over our 30 year history. A thoughtful wine list. Everything from Châteauneuf-du-Pape to Cheval Blanc 1982.
Our beer range includes premier Spanish lager Estrella Galicia, Welsh brewed Felinfoel ales, and heritage brand Double Dragon.
