It all started with an upmarket fish & chips restaurant back in 1982 by the late Mr Martinez. For the past 20 years Le Monde has been run and managed by a different organisation not associated with the family. The previous tenants handed back the keys early January 2019 giving us the opportunity to relaunch Le Monde.
We will be restoring the traditional values of high quality fresh ingredients as well as a fully stocked wine cellar offering a wide range of the finest wines.
A menu free zone, allowing our customers to order from our freshly stocked A La Carte counter. Offering a wide range of fresh fish & meat produce. We will be using our long standing suppliers to keep offering the best of local produce, where possible.
We will be refurbishing the restaurant and bringing back the glitzy feel of the restaurant, running our 2 course lunch and daily specials from our traditional black boards behind the A La Carte counter.
